Deposit Policy
Stretch led requires a 50% deposit to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Late Cancellation Policy
Stretch led requires 24 hours prior notice for cancellations before you are charged the full, non-refundable fee.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior communication, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full, non-refundable fee.
