During a session, you can expect a pain-free, one-on-one experience where you'll be expected to relax whilst I use gentle traction and stretching techniques to enhance blood flow and recovery.
It is suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels who want to improve mobility, alleviate pain and enhance their overall well-being. Whether you're an office worker, gym freak, tradesman, anyone can benefit from stretching! Please note, you'll be expected to complete an Intake form beforehand highlighting any disabilities, injuries or diagnosis I need to know about, to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
The therapy involves noninvasive, gentle and pain-free stretching, making it a safe option for the majority of people. Whether you're a stretching newbie who needs guidance to avoid overstretching or injury, or someone looking to significantly boost your range of motion. Why exert yourself when a professional can safely push you beyond your body's limitations, for better results.
Stretching usually feels good because it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, boosts blood flow and releases endorphins. You'll feel tension, not pain as I will adjust according to your comfort level and any slight soreness that occurs from breaking up adhesions will feel similar to post-workout soreness, lasting only about 24 hours.
Anytime you'd like! Before or after a workout or after a long day sitting at your desk. When you're seeking muscle pain relief or whenever you need to recover or simply unwind. Add it to your self-care routine!
Wear what you feel most comfortable to move your body around in - any exercise clothes will do. I ask that clients wear a fresh pair of socks.
All ages are welcome! Those under 18, must have signed consent from a parent or guardian.
Over 55? Enjoy 15% off on your bookings! (contact me for your unique code) Let's beat aging stereotypes - according to Sport England 42% of people over 55 are inactive compared to 29% of adults. Our bodies lose balance and range of motion as we age due to stiff joints, less cartilage and shorter ligaments. The good news is you can regain your balance and flexibility at any age! if mobility is a challenge, let's tackle it together!
The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and individual needs. Typically, many clients notice significant improvements within three sessions or fewer. We can discuss a routine that best fits your lifestyle and objectives.
